Pekka Airaksinen - Madam I'm Adam

An anthology of the forefather of the current Finnish musical underground. Originally released as a double CD produced by N&B Research Digest for Love Records, the first half of the tracks are Airaksinen’s work from 1968-2003, while the second half is comprised of the same compositions remixed by Nurse With Wound (his first champion outside of Finland), Mira Calix, Philipp Quehenberger, Curd Duca, Simon Wickham-Smith, Es, Notchnoi Prospekt, Anton Nikkilä, and others. ”Madam I’m Adam delivers on its stated goals: a reasonably priced introduction to the history and continued influence of one of the underground’s most unique bodies of work.” (Jonathan Dean, Brainwashed, USA)
